Nitmiluk - Wool & Cotton

This is a classic large wrap that can can be worn as a thick and cozy scarf, or a beautifully draped shawl. One half is knit from extra soft unmercerised cotton and the other half from light wool. Both parts are designed to contrast each other and make the twists of draping it extra interesting.

Knit on a small knitting machine, seamed, then handwoven with a needle to put the stripe designs in. The cotton section of this scarf is yellow, purple, orange and pink, the wool section is blue, green and grey.

This scarf is rectangular, 27" x 74" plus a 4" fringe.

Dry clean or gentle hand wash in cold water recommended.
